UNDERSTANDING THE ASME U-STAMP

The U-Stamp, given by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), confirms that our manufacturing processes for pressure vessels meet the strict standards set out in Section VIII Division 1 of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC). This section specifies the requirements for design, fabrication, inspection, and testing, ensuring that all pressure vessels are made with the highest quality, reliability, and safety in mind. Holding the U-Stamp is important for FIB Technologies as it emphasizes our commitment to excellence. It shows our ability to meet the tough expectations for quality in the production of pressure vessels, which is a key part of our promise to deliver unmatched safety and efficiency in every project.

ABOUT ASME AND THE SIGNIFICANCE OF BPVC CERTIFICATION

Started in 1916, the ASME BPVC Certification Program is a fundamental part of industry standards, including over 6,800 certificate holders worldwide today. The program covers several categories, such as power and heating boilers, pressure vessels, and more, ensuring that certified products like ours meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This certification renewal is more than just a formal success; it reaffirms FIB Technologies’ position as a leader in the pressure vessel manufacturing industry. It assures our clients of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency in our products.

QHSE: A PILLAR OF EXCELLENCE AT FIB INDUSTRIES

Our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) department is crucial to our mission of maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. This team upholds our commitment to excellence, ensuring that all health and safety standards are not only met but surpassed, and environmental impacts are carefully managed. Their careful oversight is vital for keeping our ASME certification and for fostering a culture where quality is the top priority. The QHSE department’s commitment to high standards boosts our ability to deliver top-quality and reliable products, securing our place as industry leaders.
